How much is shipping?
Shipping is free within the continental USA, and is also free to our friends in Hawaii and Alaska!
When can I expect to receive my mattress?
You should normally expect to receive the mattress within 5 business days of placing your order, often faster. Once you’ve placed your order you will receive a confirmation email, and as soon as it ships you’ll also receive tracking information.
Can I schedule a delivery time?
Your mattress order will ship via UPS Ground. UPS provides a free service called ‘UPS My Choice’ that allows you to manage delivery dates and receive progress alerts along the way.
Can I ship to my condo or apartment?
If you are receiving the mattress at an apartment complex we strongly suggest alerting the front desk or manager in advance so they are on the look-out for your 2920 box. This will help prevent your order from being returned-to-sender.
Do I need to sign for the package?
In most cases your order will ship without requiring a signature and will be left at your door as other UPS packages would be. In some cases your order will be sent ‘Signature Required’. In both cases UPS provides a free service called ‘UPS My Choice’ that allows you to manage delivery dates and other options.
Do you ship to Canada or Puerto Rico?
Currently we ship to the continental U.S., plus Alaska and Hawaii.
How do I track my package?
The mattress normally ships within 24 hours of your order. Within a couple of days of shipping you can expect to receive an email with your tracking number. If you have any questions, you can reach us at 877.2920.411 or [email protected].
Will my pillows and sheets arrive with my mattress?
Our pillow and sheets are shipped separately. You will receive separate tracking numbers so you can track their progress.
