100 Night Trial
Instead of 10 minutes sizing up a bed at your local retailer, try the 2920 Mattress for 100 Nights in the comfort of your home. If it’s not the right bed for you, we’ll do our best to ensure the bed stays away from the landfill as part of our Environment First Return Policy… it will either be donated or recycled, minimizing the impact on the planet wherever we can.
How Do Returns Work?
Most people adjust to a new mattress within the first couple of nights. Others may take a little longer. Just give yourself a few weeks to get used to your new bed. If you’re not happy during the 100 Night Trial, please call us and we’ll get the ball rolling for your full refund.
Environment First Return Policy
We are playing our part in reducing the 20 million+ mattresses that end up in landfills every year.
The first step to a better environment is ensuring that you are buying a new bed for the right reason. If you are currently sleeping well with no aches or back pain, you have a good quality bed less than 8 years old, and your bed shows no significant body depressions then you might not need a new bed.
The least impactful choice you can make for the environment is keeping your current bed – if it meets your needs.
Often poor sleep is due to sleep-related habits. Simple lifestyle changes can have a profound impact to the quality of your rest and sleep.
By creating better-designed products using quality materials we have the confidence that it will meet the needs of our customers, thereby reducing return rates and environmental impact.
The extra step of independent testing gives us confidence in our design and the quality of materials – we made sure our bed exceeded the highest testing standards, quantified by testing multiple factors at the industry’s leading testing center.
We provide a 10-year warranty on each mattress, because we know the bed has been engineered to stand the test of time.
In the unlikely event that the bed does not meet your needs, we have a process to support sustainability.
First step is to work with non-profit charities to find a new home for your bed. This ensures it is put to its’ best use by someone in need.
If that isn’t possible, we do everything we can to send the bed to an available nearby recycling center where the foams and fabrics can be recycled.
Where practical, we extend this philosophy to all aspects of the business including using recycled materials and organic content when possible, minimizing transport costs and carbon footprint by shipping direct to you, exploring alternative packaging and materials, and sourcing local when possible.
